All the arrogant people I met were very (self-) ironic.
The irony is a good way to hide the arrogance and, also, to take it a bit 'around.
I do not understand though.
If there are individuals of the opposite sex to be arrogant, then I like them (unless you guys "of the opposite sex" do not call it Pancras). If females are arrogant ... oh God, how much are the shit.
